since I am new here at ASR I have questions about the SINAD charts (for AMPs) that exists here ...

first: ---
since I am not a native english speaker:
is "SINAD" used here in the exactly same meaning than "THD+N"

second: ---
@amirm uses this kind of chart https://www.audiosciencereview.com/...-d-monobloc-amplifier-review-2023-png.257210/
but this is a picture (screenshot ?) only (that is different in every review),
is this chart hosted somewhere (link ?) as a "master", and updated every time a new review is done ?

then there is this "Amplifier SINAD list" https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ZlTOYxmPs938gqHjtDABkWS-MApu7uJjzIGnJ2Elm6Y/
done by @Matias, is this related somehow to Amirs chart ?
(or does it take Amirs data and additional much more (unvalidated) sources e.g. from the manfacturers ?)

1. SINAD is not exactly same as THD+N, although they are closely related. THD+N is represented by %, SINAD is in dB https://edadocs.software.keysight.c...r-data-sheet-are-in-percentage-588280613.html

2. yes, that is the chart from the products he reviewed. I believe he keeps an excel file and generate a new chart every time he reviews something new

3. that is a collection of amir + (somewhat) reputable sources. it is more completed than amir's chart because, well, he's just one man and can't review everything produced in this planet.

-SINAD = THD+N
Aah, OK, that says it all (with the minus sign).
(that you can express dB in % and vice versa is clear so far...)

although it is explained a little different here:
quote: "SINAD [...] is always positive when expressed in dB"
so it's more like: SINAD = 1/(THD+N)
