Which streaming service has the most amount of songs/tracks?

A quick Google search came up with this.

1. SoundCloud (400 million)
2. QQ Music (200 million)
3. Deezer (120 million)
4. Tidal (110 million)
5. Youtube Music (100 million)
6. Apple Music (100 million)
7. Amazon Music (100 million)
8. Qobuz (100 million)

I have noticed that Tidal has a few duplicates, e.g. the same track in HD and standard, which might inflate their numbers a bit.

Has HEOS in Denon/Marantz units been updated to support Tidal’s Dolby Atmos tracks or are you using an external device connected to the Denon to stream them?

Not sure about HEOS. To stream Atmost on the Denon, I use Tidal Connect.

App Issues: Does anyone here have issues with their installed Tidal application? I am running MacOS 15.77 on a Mac Mini and experience glitching, freezing and even misidentification of tracks when I switch mid-song among several tracks - like when I compare 2-3 different mastered versions of a track.

Based on anecdotal info from several audio forums, it's always Tidal that comes up as having problems like you describe.

I don't stream, (as it would drive me nuts!) so I have no affinity to any of the platforms.

I am on Windows and I have the same problem. For very long playlists, it sometimes stops playing altogether. I have to exit the app and restart it. For some shorter playlists, there may sometimes be significant delays (about a minute) switching from one track to another. Once it develops, it persists every time you change track. The remedy is again, exit app and restart.

It seems like there are similar issues whether streaming occurs on a Windows or Mac. Perhaps its a limitation on TIdal's servers. Does anyone experience similar issues with other streaming services like Qobuz, Apple, Spotify etc?
