While we can’t entertain listeners here, we can dispatch loudspeakers for evaluation in your own home and we can use REW to acoustically measure and help optimise remotely.

REW files can be opened and adjusted by any other REW user, most of our speakers have built in boundary filters ( bass output adjustment) , tone controls and parametric EQ .

REW’s ‘EQ’ feature will create filters from your measured frequency response, I thoroughly enjoy chatting about Hi-Fi.

Hedd‘s ‘Main Towers’ the larger room here is really shocking width and height are almost the same, there is a 27dB peak based around 37Hz, currently using a couple of filters created using REW’s ‘EQ’ feature and implemented via ROON playback software.

Even if you don’t have a microphone REW’s ‘room simulation ‘ feature can reveal possible areas that might need attention.

Even the finest measuring loudspeaker is affected by the room, especially in the lower bass, parametric EQ filters are available in playback software, some dacs and a few contemporary loudspeakers as well as external processors.

We received our first post-brexit Dutch&Dutch 8C delivery, so we have D&D8Cs, Kii THREE, Hedd ( entire range including Main Towers) GGNTKT’s new M1 loudspeakers (almost full range, cardioid or monopole response, external amplifier/dac/adc) £5500 and the brand new Mesanovic RTM10’s 28-20kHz with a true aluminium tweeter.
All available for evaluation in your home, we can walk you through acoustic room measurement and the implementation of EQ filters.
