PAS looks to be live! Anyone else plan to try it out? Pricing seems a bit steep (especially as the $25/month looks to be introductory), but if the immersive capability lives up to the hype, might be worth it, plus would also replace 2ch streaming of Qobuz, Tidal, etc … one streaming service to rule them all :) … one issue though is at least initially I expect their library to be smaller than the big guys, but will build over time I am sure

Do they really only have 300 recordings on the platform?
For the first time, over 300 notable recordings beloved by audiophiles
From that description I'm running not walking away.

To be fair, they are just getting up and running, will take time to build library. Was same situation with all the other streaming services when they started up. And again, the key here is the immersive recordings, especially using Auro3D, where they may have a leg up on the other providers. We shall see

If I had the ability to playback Auro3D at home, I would give it a try. Unfortunately I never purchased the add-on to my Denon 6300, because there just wasn't much content in the US. Now we have access to content, but the software is no longer available. All of that said, I hope they can make a go of it, but I'm doubtful.

I plan to try it out once I get my new system setup in the next couple months, will keep everyone posted

I gave this a try after my processor got an update to support it. From a sound quality standpoint it's outstanding. It is the real deal from a sound quality standpoint (besting anything I've heard from Tidal (Atmos) or my hi-res library). The library of music is lacking but I could see myself exploring it for a month or two and hope they add more.

I was debating what to do but ultimately what made me cancel within the first week, they offer a 1 week free trial, is about 1/3 of the albums I tried to play would not play anything and the app simply went from one track to the next without a sound. It could be a bug in the app (iOS), my processor support of AC Connect (like Tidal Connect) or perhaps those albums aren't available in my region (Canada). Regardless, this last bit was what prompted me to write to support and cancel (for now). Perhaps they reach out and explain or try and help resolve the issues I experienced.

I'm curious what any others have found.
