I got an SMSL PS200 a while back, but only got a chance to try it a few days ago. So until ASR does its full review on it:
This is the L channel, PS200 to COSMOS Scaler to ADCiso, with output level at -5dB FS and input at about -10 dB FS, all unbalanced. Those were levels adjusted for lowest relative 2nd and 3rd harmonic, not the standard ASR routine. Driving more input into the ADCIso caused higher 2nd harmonic, don't know if that's the scaler or ADC. H7, H9 and H19 peaked up a little higher. Sample rate was 384k, 48k looked pretty much the same. On this quick look, PS200 seems pretty impressive.
