Hello everyone!
A few days ago I made a thread asking for help reviving an AK Kann Cube. Many helped me and I appreciate it a lot. Together with the help of you and the support of AK, I was able to revive the device and am testing it, testing to see if it is truly completely fixed.

AK recommended that, to load music, I plug it into the PC via cable and drag the music folders. However, when I do this, the external micro SD memory disappears from Windows file explorer while I do it (although the music I upload to it does go to the device). I reported this to AK support and they recommended that, when loading music to the micro SD, I extract it, put it in an adapter, connect it to the PC and load music. It is absolutely ridiculous that, I waste time doing all this, the transfer speed to the micro SD with adapter is that of a lame turtle and is not friendly at all.
I have another DAP, a low-end Sony with which I use an app called "Music Center for PC" that is very friendly and effective.

Is there any application that you recommend for the AK? I look forward to suggestions, thank you all very much!

If file transfers directly to the micro SD card are slow, then downloading some app to use the Kann Cube as a sort of card reader won't change that.

The problem seems to be the card itself.

To diagnose, you may want to run a read/write speed test using Atto Disk Benchmark, or CrystalDiskMark. If you're not getting the expected speeds, then either the card or the card reader may be defective.

For managing my music library, I really like using "Backup and Sync" on Windows, Google Drive as cloud, and "DriveSync" on Android.

I'm sure there are fully local methods of network syncing your library across devices, but this works for me.

But again: this cannot fix issues related to read/write speeds of your storage medium.

If the medium itself is slow, then it will continue being slow, no matter if it's being written to via USB or WiFi.

I use MusicBee to automatically sync my music to my phone when I plug it into my PC. MusicBee can be configured to sync to any USB storage automatically when it's plugged in. My FLAC collection is over 1TB and I'm lazy, so I have MusicBee transcode FLAC to Opus (highest quality) on the fly, reducing the size of my library to under 256GB so it fits on my phone (it's also much quicker to sync the smaller files).

What is the model/brand/speed of your SD card?, have you tried another?

Have you considered a power issue? When the device is hooked to the PC it is powered by the USB port, and current drawn during write operations may exceed the USB port capability if the unit is not fully charged...

The specs say that the Kann has 128GB internal storage as well as the SD card slot. Does the same issue occur when copying music to internal storage? If so, this might suggest an issue with the cable or drivers on the PC. If there is no issue with internal storage, then the SD card would be the primary suspect as @staticV3 suggests.

Also, there are some good USB troubleshooting apps here: https://www.uwe-sieber.de/misc_tools_e.html

I use USB Device Tree Viewer to see what is connected via what and Device Cleanup Tool to remove unused devices.

Here's my Topping EX5 in Tree Viewer - you can see it's using the Thesycon ASIO driver or not pulling any current from my PC (Demand Current 0 mA)...

It´s Samsung evo, don´t know the specifics because i didn´t bought it, it came with the Kann. I´ll take a look to it soon. Did not tried another one yet.

Did not consider that.

Internal storage doesn´t disappear, only micro sd.
I didn´t know that program, i´ll take a look at it, thanks!
