problem with the format

Hi. I use Foobar2000 or Powerdvd 22 ultra with a Topping dx3 pro on windows 10 (Lenovo thinkpad L5, intel core i7, 10th gen.). I inserted the blu ray pure audio of a 2L recording. Using powerdvd, I can listen to the music in pcm at 24 bit/192khz, but at dts 24 bit/192khz, I am able to listen only at 48khz, no more. I searched in the disc and I found the flac files, but at only 96 khz.

How can I listen with dts at 192khz? My pc offers higher ranges.
