Examples: the SMSL SU-8 and the Topping DX7S.

I'm quite happy with my Auralic Vega, but it's an order of magnitude more expensive and has fewer features than some of the DACs that measure just as well. The measurements don't speak to long term reliability, so you may want to do some more research online.
