power amp recommendation for nad m66

thanks for the suggestion -- did you try the m23 as well? seperate mono blocks sound enticing. for me though the cost with shipping brings it to $4100 aud -- so in the middle between the Rotel and the m23

Just bear in mind that many of these Purifi amps are built to a tight budget by builders without R&D resources and corners are cut. Most use the Purifi Eval(uation) board and not a purpose built one under license. Power supplies, socketry and other features are areas where most Ebay vendors can economise. Case quality and RF protection is likely to be poorer than, for example Purifi Eigentakt amps built by NAD, T+A, etc

Have you considered looking in the used-market, for a 2 channel PowerAmplifier?

Why not just get a NAD with amplification?

... or just get a NAD C268 or C298.

in the end this is what I did -- m66 and c298 ... very happy with the result
