Potential scammer?

If they are asking for non refundable payments, if they don't transact through a real selling platform, and among other things, it's probably a scam.

E: let me put it this way... There are thousands of sellers that are not publicly accused of being scammers. In this case if the offer is uniquely good or rare, I'd say the risk is even higher. Either way no need to knowingly walk into a possible trap.

Anyone who refers anyone to that address is a scammer. They go through the "Wanted to buy's" of message boards and direct message people like "Hey bud, I saw you were looking for some xyz's - you should get in touch with [email protected] he will hook you up - I got some xyz's from him and he's great - tell him I sent you".

I get one or two of these (though to different email addresses) whenever I post a WTB here. I use the report button in the message, a mod looks at the account and usually closes it.

I always sell (successfully) asking for a money order.................

But, you can find me on other forums (audioasylum/diyaudio) for decades though....................
