My carriage house has a deck pretty much in a tree ( my “treehouse” as I say). So I bought 4 cheap LED outdoor lights on aliexpress and mounted em. Here’s the tree lit with green light against a mauve sky. Pretty neat I think.

Against blue sky is cool too. Audio system for the deck is a Dayton audio 8” and tweeter with passive radiator, driven at the moment by a Carver PM-2.0T, with a Fostex level control. Sounds good enough.

That's right, 2 racetrack shaped woofers above and below the coax unit. They sound very coherent, clean and dynamic. The mediums and highs are stellar, not a trace of harshness and the voices are superbly reproduced. On the lower register it remains very good with a deep and nicely articulated bass, just not as impressive as big woofer models can be, so I'll probably add subs later, even if they are already a real joy to listen to.

When I was a little kid we'd go to this promenade every year for Bastille celebrations. Got to watch a fireworks barge blow up in the bay once.

That promenade looks like the one I walked in the 1990s. I recall seeing rally cars parked there, but my attention may have been diverted elsewhere.

We've seen several times from our balcony that two crows attacked a common buzzard. The buzzard always lost. The crows attack the end of his wings where he is helpless, and their reactions are faster.

The crows have many tacktics to get ride of pesty others.

I have seen that they even just go up in pairs to attack a littel, than come back and another pair goes up. Until the predator is exhausted. Intelligent birds.

Even the buzzard can cope easy with one crow, they get exhausted after some time and look somwhere else.

Interesting air fights to look at, ;)
