Very small "black-eyed Susan" flower, photographed with a vintage Micro-Nikkor 55 mm f/3.5 lens on a not-terribly-vintage Nikon DX-format DSLR.
Apologies for the Imperial ruler The only handy metric rulers were transparent with black markings, which wouldn't have worked very well on the black granite -- and I am quite lazy.

Here is an Anna’s Hummingbird in flight in the garden. If you look closely, there’s a tiny ant on its head at the base of the beak! What a wild ride for the ant.
