Oooo... Turkey dinner de jour! Nice.
Well... these are wild turkeys. There's a time-honored recipe for preparing wild turkey for dinner.
Here's the essence of the joke:

Prepare the wild turkey for roasting as usual, coating the outside with a little oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place the turkey in a large roasting pan. Also place a moderate-sized stone into the pan. Finally, add a little water to the bottom of the pan.
Cover the pan and cook at 350 degrees in a preheated oven.
When the stone is tender, so will be the turkey.

That's a very nice view.

Since there are many photography hobbyists on this thread, I thought I would leave this here:

I know some of them but it's hard to train your eye to see them. I don't think I have ever photographed a golden spiral. The others are much easier.

In France, in the center of Britanny. in the countryside.
I think I have to dedicate a trip, with my family, to Brittany!!
What is the cuisine of Brittany like? What are the main dishes? When I go to a place, I am interested in the museum culture but also in the gastronomic culture.

Buckweat pancakes, kig a farz (a kind of stew), salted butter caramel, kouign aman, Plougastel strawberries ....

The place is full of megaliths, cairns,

Islands (Belle Ile, Groix, Brehat, Ouessant, Batz)

Britanny has a strong cultural identity just like Corsica or Basque Country

A bit like our island of Sardinia or the island of Sicily.

We're considering your part of France in 2026, as we're doing Paris, Reims, and then south after that this Fall. What we've seen on the French series we watch of the area it looks fabulous.

wow.
@dualazmak Don't undersell yourself! These are phenomenal.:)
Thank you for your kind message.

On February 6th, my wife and I were enjoying shopping in Tokyo, but we heard an announcement on the subway that the 2025 World Orchid Exhibition was being held, so we decided to stop by. It was a much more wonderful exhibition than we expected.

I'd like to bring my EOS 5D Mark IV DSLR camera to next year's 2026 World Orchid Exhibition in Tokyo.:D

Early spring signs have just come to our garden... White and pink plum blossoms!:D
