Not about the picture, more the relevance with a certain head of state threatening a friend and ally. This is on the Canadian side of the St. Lawrence. That is New York state on the other side. This is the site of an American rebel force invading Canada in November of 1838. It is referred to as the Battle of The Windmill.

The US and Canada still get a little funny about Machias Seal Island (off of the Maine coast). Mrs. H's been there a couple of times birding, but I don't think those outings are available any more.
 
This really illustrates that a glacier is a river of ice. The Perito-Moreno Glacier in Argentina. :cool:
