Doodski : You live in Canada.... I've spent 5 months in Montreal, winter included ... temperature dropped to -38 celsius. Then I've left Canada and went with my wife to Boca Raton, Florida. We stayed 2 years there.

Big fat whistlepig/marmot/woodchuck/groundhog chowin' down on white clover (could be worse).

We have a family of those at work-the babies are about half grown and run around w/o their Mother.

not long ago he wasn't there... he's still finishing but he's too busy going to eat those "poor things" that stick to the part of the web that's already built... obviously we leave him, in my area we say "spider profit"...

we call her “grandma cat” she is the oldest we have. I think she is about 14 years old. She has lived and eaten with us forever: no one has ever managed to touch or pet her… one of the most shy animals ever known;)

The port by the Mediterranean Sea, where I live... South West of France
iPhone 6s
Hi, I notice your photos often have the same sort of colour look, I'd say very oversaturated, have you got a calibrated computer monitor, or you're just adding your own artistic flare to the pics? I'm not being critical, but curious.

I'm just adding my own artistic flare to the pics... I use a MacBook Air, I can modify the colors... my choice.
Most of the villages in France are VERY old.
I live in a village called Canet at 2 km from the Mediterranean Sea. It was built during the eleven century. The church is 800 years old and my house was built 120 years ago at least.
All my pictures are made with an iPhone 6s.

Are there any villages in France that are not "very old"? :)
The beautiful villages in France are very old... like "SAORGE"... Do you see the church on the left...?
I"m not interested by the new villages IF there are new ones. I'm 72 year old, I've never seen a new village. Our ancestors have kept the old villagest in good chape.
