The human brain and visual cortex perform white balance adjustment because we evolved from creatures that needed to spot predators in different light and shade. It's a great picture indeed. Do we see red because it's CocaCola and we expect it to be red, or is there some other mechanism at play? Does the form of the lines induce a sense of color?
