Makes me wonder how we can be sure about reality and the physical world at all.

It's a great picture indeed. Do we see red because it's CocaCola and we expect it to be red, or is there some other mechanism at play? Does the form of the lines induce a sense of color?

The human brain and visual cortex perform white balance adjustment because we evolved from creatures that needed to spot predators in different light and shade. Now it serves to endlessly entertain people trying to determine the color of a striped dress. It's not worth reinventing the allegory of the cave over

I’m more concerned about his arms, and the woman to his left has no mouth.

It's a sweeping panorama taken on a phone that doesn't have a great algorithm to deal with motion, these people presumably moved while the photographer was sweeping, you can also see it changed exposure around 40% through.

Maybe I'm just an old fart (my wife says so) but what architecture from 2024 will still
be standing in 2775 AND be so admired !

I watched a YouTube veterinarian video the other day and a dog had a ~7" gash from a deer's front hoof. Those female deer can defend and attack if required.

Switzerland IS beautiful. The rich people in Europe have their money in the Swiss banks.

Charly Chaplin moved from USA to the part of Switzerland where French is the language, so his 11 children ( with the same wife ??? )
are speaking English and French. Switzerland is divided by 3 languages German, French and Italian.

The house of Charly Chaplin by the Lake LEMAN in Switzerland... has been sold 40 millions euros. I've been able to visit the house ! today it's like a museum.
then outside the house there is a place where you can see the costumes that Chaplin used in the first films.

ABIDJAN above is a town in Africa, Capital of Ivory Cost - there are many elephants - where I lived during 14 years. The population is mostly black, few white...
Before moving to Abidjan I lived 2 years in LOME capital of Togo, Africa.
The main language in these two countries is French.
