I take it that a screenshot is a 'still' or frozen image from a screen. A video does not fall under the category of which the video was posted.

Noted. I hadn't noticed that the image in question was a video. I just saw it as a still. It wasn't until I clicked on the image just now, that it moved!

Eppur si muove!

In that case, I accept the comment that it's not a photograph.

However, if photograph means writing with light, then it's a moving photograph......so still a photograph if not a photographic still......
