Just wanted to throw this out there for anyone who needs an occasional portable sound source using our millions of TPA3255 amps.
Given the wide operating voltage range of these amps it seemed like an easy hack to get an adapter for your existing tool batteries (in my case 40V 4AH) and hook them directly into an AMP.
I would highly recommend getting a battery adapter that has an on off switch and an inline replaceable fuse holder. I've tried this with a few amps and the sound is great (Douk A5 and Aiyima A7 pictured).
Thoughts?
