poor streamer power supply impact the DAC performance?

Hi,

can you imagine a poor streamer power supply will impact the DAC performance (for example noise) over USB interface? Are there any tests supporting this claiming?

Well, do you hear noise?

I can imagine many things if enough has gone wrong in terms of engineering or hardware failure, but a well-designed device should be reasonably insensitive to power quality - within reason.
