Stuck at home. Two weeks ago we received the Elac reviewed by Amir. Reading literature here and there I've understood the tweeter and my ears have to be at the same height. Audio shops are closed, no delivery from Amazon. Mmm...

So we bought 3 broomsticks. Scientific name is Broomstickus Vulgarus Simplex. I prefer to be precise because people who are buying Devialet or Conrad Jonhson amps are far from broomstick and it's always a good point to be very precise when talking to people with great scientific knowledge.
Next step, we designed the cardiovascular pump for the broomsticks. Some calculations later, we found the right
As you can see, there is a little "UP" because the pump is not symmetric.
Then we designed a part to fix the broomsticks to the plate:
Ok, let's print the pump and cut the broomsticks. Many months ago we find some wood in the street, it will be ok for the plate.

The pump is able to inject shark oil (no snake oil please) by induction into the transducers and the result is superb. My wife was upstairs in the B Lab (living room is A Lab) and she was able to hear some differences, even my mother (she lives 600 km away in the south) call me with the phone to ask what we have done in our audio system.
We are in our way for the patents (we have learn some lessons from Devialet), but before the final step with competent authorities the design is free and downloadable from Thingiverse.
Last weeks our printers were working night a day to print face protections for the hospitals near us. Since monday the hospitals have a mold for plastic injection and they do not need our help anymore.
It's fun to draw a kind of line between companies like Devialet and makers community. The first one go for patents and sell expansive bullshit. Maker community is helping to save the world and most of the time for free.
