The Radiant is quite a bit more, Euros 4k.

Why is this a gamer changer for you? Having the subs in the main stereo positions means you cant use the perfect spot for combatting standing waves and room modes. Two subwoofers can be placed anywhere.
Floor space. Subwoofers are a massive waste of space. Room modes can be combated just by adjusting the stereo speaker locations to a big extent.

Ascilab is targeting 200-300 Hz cutoff for the bass module, so it's more of a very capable woofer or bass bin than a subwoofer. Turns the system into a modular full range 3-way, to my way of thinking.

Why this speaker and not the almost equally priced

RADIANT ACOUSTICS CLARITY 6.2

Those have popped up in my social media feeds recently. I typically look askance at products advertised on social media but those seem to measure quite well and I have always liked the AMT tweeters I have heard. I wouldn't say no to either speaker.

I would be seriously interested in any tower version having 2X8'' woofers and a dedicated midrange. And of course the exact same speaker with purifi drivers at a higher cost.

As hopefully most of you have read, I have started a new venture to distribute/market Ascilab speakers. We have to shortly put in an order for the initial shipment. Key is deciding which models to bring here. Hate to bring too many of one, and then run out of another. I would very much appreciate it if the North American members vote in the poll which models they would seriously consider purchasing and if so, what color preference you have (white, black and I think silver is available). There are three models, two of which I have reviewed and the third one, Erin has:

I have not reviewed this as mentioned but is the F6B with higher fidelity mid-woofer. Approximate cost: $1,145.

If anyone wants to make sure you get a unit, please send me a message with title of ASCILAB Purchase and mention which model you want to be inline for.

Current delivery forecast is two months from now.

You are welcome to also post and comment on what you think will be popular if don't intend to purchase.

Much appreciated. :)
Congrats on the new opportunity and thank you for bringing that opportunity to us :) I would be interested in the passive with the upgraded mid-woofer in all metallic gray, please. Thank you!! Warm Regards, Will

I will be paying the tariff which we will then have to pass to you all. I was hoping they would stick to 10%.
The good news is maybe it will change again in another few months, maybe back to 10%, then just have to wait another 3 months until it goes back up to 25% or 35%, and then back down to 10% or 5%. Only to go back up to 45% but shortly before that 45% actually kicks in, there will be a 90 day pause and all tariffs are frozen at 5%.

And that sir, is when you place a huge order to last for the whole entire year! Only after you receive that huge order, tariffs goes down to 0% because a trade deal has finally been struck and now you've just been served a master class in 4D chess! :p

This is what it reminds me of...

What's scary is this kind of looks like the actual plan so far .

Let's wait to see what happens. If there is one constant, it is that our government doesn't know what it is doing from one week to another on this topic.
