Finland.

Uhh.... Kinda depressing at the moment. Luckily I live in Helsinki where the sun at least rises above the horizon (at the moment it rises at 9.07 and sets at 15.15). It stays so low though that if there's heavy clouds days aren't too bright. In Northern-Finland the sun stays below the horizon.
