Son #1 worked for a couple of years just outside Dublin and on one trip to visit him we drove the Wild Atlantic Way from Westport to Kilkee. My word what a beautiful country.

Well, it's one big deforested paddock, but the coastal areas have its charm.

Spent a Semester at Case Western Reserve University. Loved every second of it. Loved the city, loved the bars, the campus and everything else. Have been to visit twice since. I might be the only European tourist who visits Cleveland voluntarily.

For the bottom 3 I would think that being mostly non-English speaking and low GDP per capita is contributing to the very low numbers.

What lower GDP regions impact is on lack of good mass education to read English and understand all these strange graphs other than frequency response.

No, unfortunately I don't. I lived here 18 years. I can't wait to move out. Should happen soon.
Almost any place/city got its good and bad. Stoke is mostly bad.
