Pls help me with Neumann 750 sub

Hello,

Can anyone help me solve the problem?

I recently bought the 750 subwoofer and connected it to a xone 96 and two neumann kh120 II satellites. Unfortunately, the bass is not audible at all. I have also attached two pictures.
I should mention that I have tried all the possible settings on the back of the subwoofer.

With the subwoofers settings like in your first picture, you need to set bass management to active, then you should have bass

Thank you but I also did that, the result is the same, no bass at all. The only time the bass is coming is when I set chanel b input mode to LFE but then only one speaker is playing.

Keep bass management to active. Set channel B input mode to stereo. What happens when you switch from local to network and then back to local? Any sound from the subwoofer or the satellites?

When I set the control mode to network it looks like it works ( bass management automatically disables) but I feel like there is not enough bass coming
