Please suggest some alternative to Audioengine A2

Hi all,
I have a pair of Audioengine A2 desktop speakers, and the cones have begun "vibrating" in a bad way, so I think it's time to replace them.
I use them as small monitors on a DAW system in a "medium sized" room (25sqm) so I'd like to have something with a "neutral" sound. I never measured the A2s, but they were OK enough for me.
I would stay around the same wattage/price of the A2s, around the same size, same or better sound quality, maybe better build (the A2s lasted around 5/6 years...)
They are connected to the balanced analogue line outputs of a Focusrite 18i8 interface (I don't use digital inputs on the speakers).

Could you please give me some suggestions? Thank you very much!

If you're looking for a speaker of a similar size in the ~$300-ish price range that's neutral and has excellent bass extension, I can personally recommend the Adam D3V.
