In another thread a helpful user posted this graph:
I interpred it like:
- to low in bass
- to much highs around 1 kHz
- to much highs around 10 kHz
Now I found this graph with Harman 2025 MoA Average selected:
I interpred it like:
- to much bass up to 250 kHz
- to low mids from 250 to 500 kHz
- to low highs from 2000 to 6000 kHz
Regardless of the graphs:
My personal perception of the HPH MT8
- low bass
- mids and highs are overly bright
I am confused by the second graph, it tells me more or less the opposite of what I am hearing.
Do I missunderstand what the second graph means?
EDIT:
My simple EQ attempt - with this one the MT8 starts to sound nice, it is still more on the bright side but now usable for every day listening.
