Please help with placement speakers...I mainly listen from bed. I'm afraid to put the right speaker in the corner because of the hum, but I haven't tried it yet. And I'm afraid to reduce the height of the stand because of the reflection from the cabinet and the PC table.

And the speakers are? With measurement if possible please! Goal aim in between bed and chair towards of vertical tweter decay (sweet spot) so that both are in the ° of it so that it sounds good on both places. Move a bit from wall behind on listening spots and you don't need absorbers but diffusers there. Put absorbers directly behind to where speakers are. Get a measurement microphone and get to it, use REW room simulator and REW in generally.

Elac Debut dbr62. I did the room correction only with Wiim Pro Plus and it mainly reduced 54Hz. Now I have a new phone and it doesn't only measure up to 100Hz, I would like to use some external mic that would work with mobile and wiim, but I don't know what kind. Do you think I should move the PC table closer to the case and place the right speaker in the right corner?

Those are good for 22~23° so in between to form triangle.
I really don't know of any measurement mic for phone. General recommendation is UMIK-1 for the calibration file supported by REW and more that it serves as SPL meter than increase in precision of measurements. Truth is any will do and be precise enough up to at least 5.5 KHz. Maybe I didn't get what kind of device you where hoping for? WiiM is enough for basic (room mode and up to 100~150 Hz) regarding DSP.

Placing it in a corner, paradoxically, did not cause any problems with noise.

It mostly has no effect on noise, it can only enhance the boom effect (excessive bass).

Move it a bit as you can from it, probably not much depending on stands feet's. First setup looks better but I didn't play with simulator and don't know your room dimensions or how far is listening spot. REW simulator (free to play with) will give you a very good idea what can be done.
