im new to speakers and i think it would nice to grab pair of speakers for my computer , im not into things like mixing and monitoring but i dont mind about neutral/flat/bright sound either

i cant audition the speakers , i planning to get it on marketplace
currently my eyes fixed on:
-Yamaha HS-5 (240$ for a pair)
-Tannoy 402 Reveal (260$ for a pair)
-M-audio BX5 D3 (260$ for a pair)
-Presonus eris 4.5 (255$ for a pair)

right now i intend to get HS-5 since theyre cheap in here , but other speakers that i mentioned above also have good feedback so i kinda dilemma which one should i get

for reference , i do like sound of neutral or crystal clear and forward mid but not sharp or piercing with good bass as a bonus (i dont know exactly how do i describe it)

I don't think the HS5's are particularly neutral, they are a bit light on bass and have a peak at 1Khz. See Amirm's review here: https://www.audiosciencereview.com/forum/index.php?threads/yamaha-hs5-powered-monitor-review.10967/

I own the Tannoy 402's. I ended up with these due to their lack of tweeter hiss, price (in the UK), compact size and front firing bass port. I had a pair of JBL 305p MKII's prior to the 402's. These sound excellent, but were a little large for my desk and hissed horribly from the tweaters; so I sent them back.

You may want to include stands in your budget. Most speakers are not designed to sit straight on a desk and require isolation and the tweater lifted to ear height (or pointing at ear height at listening distance). I have Fluid Audio stands: https://www.fluidaudio.com/products/desktop-stands/ds5.html

These are quite cheap and offer a reasonable range of height and angle adjustment, although they are a little fiddly to put together (or to change the height).

how 402 soundsig if compared to hs5?
i read amir review but i dont understand about graph and measurement
im not thought of hiss before , so this is one factor maybe i should get 402 , since 402 not too overprice in here if compared to bx5 and presonus , do you use unbalanced or balanced cable? i thinking about get unbalanced cable instead of using balanced cable because its more cheaper and easier to get.
i may not getting stand , its too expensive in here so i thinking about isolation pads or speaker spike but still dont know which one to get maybe after i buy the speakers

I suggest that you read Amirm's first review using the Klippel measurement system. It contains a lot of information about the graphs and how to read them...

https://www.audiosciencereview.com/...mkii-and-control-1-pro-monitors-review.10811/

My DAC (a Topping D50s) is unbalanced, so I am using a phono to XLR cable. I don't suffer from any ground loops issues, so this is fine for me.

I use this cable: https://smile.amazon.co.uk/dp/B015P66S72?ref_=pe_3187911_248764861_302_E_DDE_dt_1

I should also add that I apply EQ to my speakers using EqualizerAPO + PEACE on Windows. I measured the speakers using a UMIK-1 calibrated microphone and calculated the EQ using REW. So my speaker setup cost is really £136 (speakers) + £100 (UMIK-1 mic) - REW, EqualizerAPO and PEACE are all free. In my opinion, this is a better than just spending £236 on a set of monitors as my setup is tuned for my room and desk setup. I also got to learn a little about acoustics and would feel much more confident about buying some more performant (and expensive) monitors in the future.
