I saw these announced and immediately thought "Is Neumann doing OEM work now??".

So what is this, a copy of the KH 80 DSP with a slight face lift? Or really OEM?

Front looks the same with the waveguide and twin ports at the corners, class D, digitized inputs, DSP... All the same.

On the other hand the waveguide and clever space-saving placement of the ports are so logical solutions that I find it rather surprising that not more use similar.

These ones are cheaper than KH 80 DSP and have the electronics on a single speaker, the other is passive, so a passive crossover.

Also the waveguide has a different surface below the tweeter for some reason?
