I need to be your neighbor

Yes you do. I frequently cook smokey deliciousness on my Dumpster and share with my neighbors when the weather is warms up in Wisconsin. When I first started sharing my cooks, especially with our hispanic and Korean neighbors, a week or two later, they'd show up at my door with a plate of smokey goodness from their grills, fresh tamales or sweet and spicy sticky wings. There's about 5 or 6 of us that cook and share pretty consistently.

A chuck roast cook from last summer, along with some random cooks of mopped direct heat pork steaks and direct heat chicken.

The TMG Dumpster is a wildly versatile cooker. It's 100% over engineered and over built. But so damn fun to cook with. Best of all, the results are the best damn BBQ I've ever eaten. Anywhere.
