I went to Paris a week ago. Strolling around early with a cigarette I walked by this apartement house vestibule. I was so impressed with late 60, early 70 architecture I asked an old man opening the doors if I could come in and take some photos. Return to the future. They dont make it like this anymore.

I have a ****** phone camera. Im amazed with quality from newer models.
Since I got an iPhone 12 Pro, my "big" camera pretty much only has my long (100-400 - 200-800 equivalent) lens on it for wild life and closeups. I sometimes (but rarely) put on a 90mm (equivalent) for portrature, or a 60mm macro lens on.

All my social, and nearly all of my wide angle to "natural" angle is done with the phone.

Really beautiful. I want some action shots of my own dog
Thanks, Don. It's fun. I like f/2 and 1/4000th, but obviously that depends on how fast your dogs are moving. Nilla was booking it. I used a private dog park.

This is Theo. Shot with SONY Xperia ZX1 compact. He is mostly Jack Russel and American cocker with some Pomeranian I think. Love this guy :)

Dunno how you focus 2/200mm. I stick to f8 and even then it's hard.
If you have a camera made to take autofocus sports photos, , and you spend some time practicing, it's not too bad. Buying and carrying around the F/2 200mm is the bigger job. Honestly, if I were doing it again, I'd stick to the 135mm f/1.8.
