I guess I can share my humble, dedicated listening room here as well. Typical Norwegian/Scandinavian basement living room.

Wall-to-wall rug on the floor
6m^2 panels in the ceiling with air gap above.
1.5m^2 panels on the closest side wall + behind the listener with air gap behind.
~6m^2 slatted panels behind the speaker system mounted on felt + 50mm dampening behind the entire wall (150mm total behind each speaker). The wood panel goes across the original/existing room, so there are more open space behind it.
Some additional loose panels that can be moved around as well.
Decay time 150-200ms in most of the frequency range.
