Yes, it was quite interesting in the way they wanted to establish the precedence and not accepting the settlement. Good for them. Otherwise it would have allowed other lawsuits in the future against poor photographers.

So, I'm reading one of those links and I read 'Ninth Circus decision'- I had to do a double take...

"The ruling follows the Ninth Circuit's decision earlier this month to reject PETA's settlement dismissal request."

The whole thread is ridiculous, but entertaining. :)
