Believe by the Cinematic Orchestra. Live at Roseland by Portishead.
Amok by Atoms For Peace.
Toy by Yello. (And the original vinyl 12" of The Race).
Discipline by King Crimson.
The first Laura Marling and Keaton Henson albums.

And for testing newly built or bought bits of hifi I use Private Investigations by Dire Straits every time.

Without a doubt one of my favourites is Mutations by Beck. Fabulous music and on a technical level the recording and production sound incredible to my ears.

I've been listening to it for years but I was recently taken aback by just how great it sounded with my new Hifiman Edition XS headphones.
