I know not a Nickel, not a Neon, not a Silicon? DAC + ADC with switcher? counterfeit? If it's real I got dibs...

Mystery solved!
prototype, apparently never released, seller had no idea what it was
2-phone BT pairing, physical switching
supports AptX Low Latency as well as base codecs SBC & AAC
optical in and out, aux analog in and out
so DAC / ADC two way! I trust Periodic to have great SQ, based on my Nickel amp...
I assume USB-C for power only, will test.
Also to see if receiving BT from the kids' phones.
Note I promised Periodic to not ask for support if it fails
