PEQ or MiniDSP?

I've ordered a Dayton Audio iMM-6C to start with room correction but I was wondering what would be the best way to use the measurements. My setup is as follows:

- Wiim Mini/laptop via Qudelix 5k--> Cambridge CXA60 --> Fyne F500

Would it be a good idea to use the PEQs in the Wiim and the Qudelix with the measurements from Housecurve or Rew or should I bite the bullet and get a MiniDSP 2x4HD (or something like that)? What would the people here advise?

I think the wiim mini got room correction or it is beta

My wallet loves these answers! :) I wasn't planning on getting a sub (would cause more marital issues than sound improvement) and I don't know enough about Dirac to decide whether I want that or not. So if the PEQs on my present devices are good enough to do room correction, I'll stick to them!

@ehabheikal: It doesn't, unfortunately. Only the Pro and upwards do.

Do you have a WiiM Mini and laptop connected to the Qudelix? Anyway you could connect the WiiM Mini and Laptop to the Cambridge and do PEQ in both sources and remove the Qudelix

No, I've got the Wiim connected via Toslink and wanted to use the Qudelix as a USB dac for my Thinkpad. I used to connect the Thinkpad via an HDMI extractor and Toslink but I destroyed the extractor's Toslink connector when I removed a cable.

Getting back to this discussion: I remembered that my previous Hifiberry (which I used for evercrashing Volumio) was a Dac+DSP board. Would it be a good idea to get a 3-1 Toslink switch from Amazon or the like and then use the Hifiberry for PEQ adjustments? It has a 96kHz Toslink in and a 192kHz Toslink out but I don't think the difference between 96kHz and HiRes from the Wiim would be noticeable?
