I would a clean simple switching(no volume control or power circuits) box where I can feed my RCA out from DX7S DAC into a box with 2 or 3 RCA outputs for 2 different amps.

Like something small but well built and doesn't any noise to the signal .

Thanks

I use Zektor boxes for that but they are no longer made. Available on the used market.

Hi

I am in discussions with @Headphonaholic regarding building a bespoke signal relay switched unit to do this. Not cheap but if interested please PM.

Very basic but works for me. And it is cheap. Very cheap. :)

Described as 4 inputs to 1 output but since it is passive can also be 1 input 4 outputs.

I usually use it to connect one amp to multiple headphones for quick and easy compares.

Still have to try it with multiple amps as inputs to one headphone, or multiple DACs as inputs to one amp. Will experiment this weekend on those.

I use one of these
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Port-RCA-A...2&sr=8-3&keywords=4+way+RCA+stereo+switch+box

which is pretty much the same as you use. Works perfectly. It also works fine for switching S-PDIF.

For balanced switching, I use a Kramer VS4X. Rather more expensive, but again works fine both 4 to 1 and 1 to 4. Again also works fine for switching AES-EBU balanced digital.

Wow, I am jealous of the Kramer! A bit rich for me right now, but one day...!

I have one of these:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/TC-7240-4W...710647?hash=item5b4bdba877:g:PfoAAOSwwpdW8rL4

I don't know who makes it but according to the labeling the TC-7240 was designed in England and made in Taiwan. Mine feels solid with its aluminum covered knobs and steel enclosure. Switches are also solid and clicky feeling. It has two outputs to switch between and four inputs, if you plug into the front 3.5mm input then input 4 on the back is taken over. Mine is labeled like this:

Here's the simpler, rotary switch only, version. It's got LED footprints, since there are no IO pins that can be used for that:

The other PCB can of course be used without the ESP32 as well:
