Let's see how this goes.

I have used multiple Parasound Products & have recommended it extensively, till I switched to Class D
Still have an A23

is that why availability in the EU was an issue in the last few months (if not a year or more) and quite a few dealers de-listed them for good?

In the Stereophile article, it reads "More common are users who've been using the same Parasound amp for 10 or 20 years without a glitch.". Shouldn't 20 years be the norm, not the exception?
Yup and that's what it says, ain't it? (The preceding sentence was about service and support which, they say, is "Less outwardly visible")

People must retire eventually and brands need to evolve, in order to remain successful.

Parasound, the brand, may end up plastered all over Bluetooth speakers and earbuds in petrol (gas) stations if the new owner goes 'downstream' as he describes it. Alternatively, would the market tolerate megabuck Parasound, JC Coronation Legacy-Extreme Limited Edition monoblocks made in low cost east Asian factories, if he goes "upstream"?

Sadly, the 'article' is light on content, detail and full of badly written business speak.

Like Nakamichi, now selling car stereo gear and rebranded Bluetooth headphones through Walmart. :(

Who doesn't these days... do you think this product has anything to do with the Legacy of James B. Lansing?
