Open source player

Hi, currently using MusicBee and am curious if you have any suggestions about any open source media player on Windows that
- can handle FLAC/WAV/Opus etc
- able to write ReplayGain tag based on EBU R128
- WASAPI or able to passing sampling to DAC (would prefer aovid resampling despite the difference not being audible anyway )
