Only one sub out? That might be an issue for many in these modern times.

How many discrete channels of subwoofer outputs are you are expecting in a preamplifier which seems to intend high quality performance, includes balanced I/O, and some signal processing functionality, while keeping the retail price under $200 with free shipping and free returns (Amazon), and with a further 15% discount from Fosi? More functionality and larger set of features at this price point would seem like a big ask, no?

Hopefully Fosi will send one to Amir Majidimehr and/or one to Erin Hardison for some independent third party objective performance testing, along with some subjective review of the exhibited functionality.

Not to be critical, and for what it offers, it's worth the price, but Amazon already has a coupon and an applicable discount; adding the ASR coupon doesn't change anything. So the "exclusive ASR member discount" is no more and no less than what everyone else pays.

Edit
Unfortunately, I just read that it's an infinite rotary control without even a way to visually determine the volume. Fosi guys, I've bought a lot of stuff from you and I really appreciate it, but this is truly incredible, a mistake off the scale. I would never consider a preamp where I can't see the volume. You've taken a lot of great advice from the community and then you've lost your way on something so trivial. I'm shocked.

Two, answer is two. ;)

That's to allow for storing the volume for each independent input.

I agree. I have been looking for a preamp with adjustable HPF and a remote volume control, but having no way to see the volume setting is a deal breaker.

Here's a little trick I've found that helps with the volume knob/dimple position issue.

1) For any input, set the volume control to a normal listening level you like. [regardless of where the dimple in the knob is.]
2) Power down the preamp.
3) Rotate the volume dial so that the dimple reflects your preferred, general listening level. [say somewhere between 9:00-12:00. I use 10:00 as a general position for the dimple]
4) Turn on the preamp.
5) The volume should be at the same level you initially set, but the dial will be at 10:00. Voila!
6) The volume knob dimple now reflects a relative position you set.
7) Works for me just fine.
8) I've used this method for both RCA inputs, and if if you set your 'general' listening level, all you have to do is rotate the knob to 10:00 (my case), and regardless of input, the volume should be at the listening level you set when you turn on the preamp.
9) I've had no unwanted blasting volume when I turn on the preamp.
10) I just make sure the volume knob is at 10:00 before powering down the preamp.

Note: If your source has a settable gain and that's been changed after following the steps above, you will have to re-adjust the dimple position.

Hope this helps.

@Fosi Audio I have a question. Would replacement of all NE5532 on board (soldered on PCB, not replaceable socket ICs) with OPA1612A, increase sound quality?

2 sub outputs (but it would likely not be at $200). But without 2 sub outputs, I'm not buying it at all. So, there is that (as I suspect that I am not he only one).

Your next cheapest option is miniDSP Flex followed by Luxsin X9.

I have what I need & developed it in my system many years ago.
But thank you for pointing those out, as I can suggest them to others.
The miniDSP line of things is something I have been looking
at to play with for sometime.
Still, a project for next year. As other (non-audio related) projects are
currenty taking up my time (& money)
The Luxsin X9 is something I am not familiar with & will look into.
Thank you for mentioning these products.
