I'd love to hear your experiences! Things that concern me:
- Does it run hot after extended periods of use?
- Is there any noticeable latency in games or dj'ing? (And does latency differ per connection type used?)

I'm still doubting to get the D4 II instead of the pro, because I don't need a HPF and LPF etc.

The DAC uses the same ES9023P DAC as the D4.
 
It was just a suggestion to use RED & Yellow colors for quick identification for RIGHT & LEFT channels on connectors.

This is the audio signal chain. The digital signal is decoded by the DAC and input together with the analog signal. The NJW1195A switches the input source and controls the volume adjustment. Then, it passes through the tone system (treble, midrange, bass) and is output in two paths:

One path goes through a high-pass filter to the TPA3255, connecting to the passive main speakers;

The other path goes through a low-pass filter to output the bass signal, connecting to the active subwoofer.

I believe we're talking about two different things.
My question was about this:

Are there measurements how much SINAD is being impacted when going through the EQ processing pipeline vs bypassing it?

Am I right in thinking that the pictures are simply there to show that the red markings always indicate the right channel, while the white markings indicate the left channel? Or have I misunderstood their purpose?
