I wish there was an auto source selection implemented. I absolutely hate having to switch the input between my streamer and TV every once in a while even using a remote. IMO having internal DACs without it is useless. I ended up using two external DACs one for TV and one for my streamer going into a stereo mixer and then going into my amp which is quite cluttered and expensive and perhaps adds some noise(?) but better than looking for the remote every single time.
If DACs or AMP/DACs like this had a an 'auto' mode with a default priority like: BT>RCA>HDMI>USB it would be amazing. then if signal is coming from any single one of the sources, then that would the one amplified. If more than one source is active (sending audio signals) then the one with higher priority would be picked up.
Why is this not implemented outside of big expensive AVRs?

After having it for a month or so, I noticed the input indicator leds go off time to time, while the amp continues to play normally. And the input switch knob is not always working well; the active inputs jump back and forth sometimes, when I try to change them. And one more, most important: when you switch from Bypass to adjusted, the volume drops significantly and overall "cleanliness" of sound changes a lot too. Not sure if that is subjective, but there's something there.

The firmware will be released alongside the new product and will be compatible with D4. Sorry for the wait. A discount will be offered as compensation if you are interested in the new product.

@Alexander Lin will your D3 Pro have HDMI CEC power on/off? Is it missing hardware or can firmware update brings it in line with Arylic B50 and SMSL A50 Pro 2.1 ?

The D4 Pro looks like a nice update to the D4 design. I wish I had that one instead. These models seem to be little known but have a lot of potential.
