O-Noorus D3 PRO - A new TPA3255 PFFB amplifier with DAC

We are ready, I will be.

Mr. Lin it is certainly necessary because there is no reliable review or test result on the internet about your products (only an annannoying, overactive, self-proclaimed marketer which is very counterproductive).

I am waiting a couple of weeks for the D3 Pro review, but Aiyima A80 looks the safe bet for me so far.

I have just put O-Noorus D4 into my setup yesterday and being owner of Aiyima A80 I can say that this new D4 has so many improvements over the previous O-Noorus D1/D3 I have used. Specifically the HDMI ARC implementation is worth every effort and test, it has some quirks for sure which O-Noorus are getting feedback on and they say those are easily fixed with some firmware updates.

Perhaps you won't mind me grab this moment to say a few things:
I feel that somehow O-Noorus lacked the support others got here, provided they need to come up with highest level of quality control and after sale support.
While we wait for measurements to be produced somehow, it does stop one to get the product and share the basic details which any user can observe. If you don't like the product then you can always return and get the refund within return period.
For example, if I can not hear any hiss, noise or crackles near the tweeter with full amplifier power, no pop on power ON/OFF, case temp. isn't going too hot etc. then I would find it acceptable.
Amplifier reliability can be best tested with somewhat long term continuous use only and you can not expect any short term test to prove it. That's why I try to bring amplifier owners together in a thread to share what they find with long term use, we have already identified meaningful practical issues on such threads which have resulted manufacturers to capture some feedback and come up with improvements.

At the end, we would love to see the measurements but if a product isn't measured because of some reason then what do we do?

The amplifier is not even for sale yet.
O-Noorus won't apparently not tested at ASR or is ignored here.
So far: lots of Toppings - no O-Noorus.
Too bad for those who are also interested in O-Noorus.

It sounds like they are going to send one in for review/measurements:
I think I have read in this forum that he has already done this with other models, but they have not yet been tested.

They have the lowest price at the moment, that might interest many.
and Douk are coming close to lower price race as well.
Yes, but despite all the similarities, they are very different devices.
For example, I like the design, the display and the remote control on my D1. A Douk is much different.

The D3 Pro packs even more technology into what appears to be the same space, so I hope that heat dissipation and mutual interference between components won't become a problem.

For me, O-Noorus doesn't have to build the cheapest device either. I would be very pleased if they offered very high quality devices at a good price.
I think they are on the right track.

Hi all :)

ALEXANDER during our exchanges via the internet had told me that he had sent a copy of the O-NOORUS D1 amplifier to Amir.

Maybe he didn't have time to test it in view of the large number of new products for which a review request has been made, even if we only take those from TOPPING or SMSL (to name but a few) or maybe we have to send a specific request to Amir (?) when sending a product: I don't know :(

However, I can tell you that it is the desire of the director and engineer of O-NOORUS (ALEXANDER) to have these reviews carried out for even more transparency towards the 'users' for whom he is already very attentive to their expectations ;)

After all, progress can only be made if we admit and correct any mistakes or 'oversights'

Regards.

NB: excuse me for my poor 'command' of the English language

Amir surely has limited time and certainly he is always loaded with equipment's for measurements and reviews.

@ Guddu:

That's exactly what I thought as I wrote above ;)

#PFFB = Post Filter Feed-Back

I mentioned this ALEXANDER but he's a real 'pig head' (LOL LOL LOL) :D

i would like to order class D EXCELLENT amp , like yesterday. i waited for the 5th of March for the D3 PRO,
but not only it wasn't released , seems like a production sample wasn't even sent to be reviewed . yes, i understand the panel shortage issue.

this thread is just pushing me to get 3e Audio's A5. yes it's (probably, no one knows how much D3 PRO going to cost) much more expensive but within my budget, and I already have a DAC.
my point being, does anyone have helpful info about the D3 PRO which estimates -
when will it be released for sell
is it going to be reviewed anytime soon
how much is it going to cost

apologies in advance if i sound here like an a$$

@Alexander Lin
Did you take advantage of the marketing delay to add an headphone output and a left/right balance speakers adjustment?

According to my knowledge, both parties are open for the review (O-Noorus: Mr. Lin and ASR: Amir). This means if you will not find the result of the review posted on ASR website in 2-3 weeks time (Amir loves gardening during spring, so rather 3 weeks), O-Noorus was not breave enough to send a copy to Amir.
In my understanding it is a quiet clear situation now.

I am not authorised to speak about MSRP, but it will be under Aiyima A80 price, which is very promising.

my issue here is with transparency - O-Noorus announced (on ASR 20-feb ) a new and very promising amp is going to be up for sale on 5th March (which was 9 days ago) and its specs were published on their website and here. so I decided to wait for it .
if there's a uncontrollable delay on their side - that's fine, but at least share some crucial info for "waiting potential customers" like -
how much is it going to cost?
was a production sample already sent to be reviewed?
is there an estimate release date ?

We will send out the review next Friday。

I still don't understand what you mean, adding balanced input?
