O-Noorus D1 [TPA3255 PFFB] Stereo Amplifier - User Impressions | Owner's Thread

My noorus D1 has started to crash, the signal at the amplifier output is disappearing. And on both channels at once. Looks like bad contact on the board, namely on the RCA input panels.
We need to disassemble and solder.
Colleagues, maybe someone disassembled this amplifier, I can't take the board out of the case.

Allieexpres ne nous a vraisemblablement pas aider. Seul le vendeur le peut.

Hello.
I contacted the seller and he sent me the amplifier circuit.
I pulled the board out of the case a little and turned on the power.I connected a generator to the input and checked the signal at the output.
The amplifier suddenly started working absolutely normally. Both channels are fine.
I don’t know the reason for the refusal. It is possible that when assembled, contact is broken due to board deformation.
Now the amplifier works fine even when assembled.

The amplifier may have overheated. Right now it's 36 degrees in the shade.

like i cant see how sending a board and asking the end user to replace the board himself is better than just asking the customer to send the faulty unit back and then offering a refund??

all this over $100 and some post???


if you are smashing out 1,000s of units on a line than you are going to get a set number of defects, that's just life

why would you escalate things over $100 lol

Now, I am sure that the cause of the amplifier failure is the strong heating of the TPA3255 chip,
due to abnormal weather -36 degrees in the shade.
After cooling, the amplifier works normally.

je semble qu'allieexpress soit le problème. O-noorus attends que allieexpress ferme le dossier soit en remboursant ou non, et si refus la il vont rembourser

La saga est terminée Allieexpres à fini par rembourser mon ami.
Personnellement je souhaite qu'O-noorus laisse tomber Allieexpres vraiment dégoûté comme entreprise et ça a nui à la réputation de la marque O-noorus.
Donc. Acheter d'amazon ça risque d'être plus simple.

Mon ami m'a refiler son amplificateur non fonctionnel j'ai débourser $$ pour le faire réparer et maintenant il fonctionne.
cependant mon technicien affirme que l'implantation des pièces est très mal faite certaines sont soudées croche sur le circuit imprimé aucune protection sur la connexion souder etc...
les coils chauffés...
UNucune pâte thermique pour le dissipateur relié à la puce ti 3255...
Donc, il ne m'offre aucune garantie que d'autres soucis ne surviendront pas à court terme.
les fils s'écrasent sur le tableau et sont à risque.
Donc, faite inspecter votre ampli à sont arriver.
