You couldn't get me to think about tenting in wet snow (or dry for that matter). Watch this a bit and let a few minutes pass. It keeps getting better!!!

Seems her channel is all about camping in bad weather. Nice niche for youtube but boy, it is a lot of misery as far as I am concerned! :)

I don't know I bet I might survive a couple nights in a tent with her. At least give a go.

She's a interesting character. I've seen maybe a dozen of her videos and she is very hardy. I follow at present 28 camping, bush-craft and adventure YouTube channels so near daily I have a new video or 3 to watch. One guy camps out in the dead of winter in ~-20C to -30C temps and sometimes he uses a hot tent with a stove and mostly he camps out under a open tarp and uses a old and very thick down sleeping bag he got from army surplus. He always brings his collie a large male that has very thick fur and sleeps in it's down sleeping bag after a campfire, treats and snacks. I camped out in very snowy conditions in ~-20c and it was very very cold. I suppose if I had proper gear for winter camping it would not be so horrible. :D

What tent are you talking about?

Watched a bit, Nah, not my type of video

It's a ASMR video... Supposed to be relaxing and interesting in a calm manner. I watch them sometimes.
"In 2015, the first peer-reviewed study on the subject was published, and it found that the videos helped some people fight off stress, chronic pain and sleep disorders, and possibly even depressive thinking."

Her videography skills are excellent with multi camera shoots. Her outdoor clips really bring a sense of calmness that the uncrowded winter/fall campgrounds bring. Definitely a good way to relax for a half hour or so.

This guy does a nice camping ASMR video series too. He's not pretty like her but he's a nice guy it seems. :D

That's not camping. Stuff fantasies are made of, but not camping....

Yep, it seems to be built for clicks and likes.... I wouldn't want to try it...

Deep winter tenting has some negatives. Sanitation arrangements are one, and constant refueling of the wood stove is another. Having the warmth you generate turn your canvas into an ice sheet in a snowstorm is another. (That's one of the reasons "air" tents were developed ... the pressurized double wall prevents (or greatly reduces) that.) The inside heat can also turn the ground under you into mud. Not nice.

However, deep winter tenting is not impractical if you know and understand what is necessary. Consider this:

I viewed that video some time ago and they are incredible in their adjusting to such extreme conditions.
