Noise on Fosi audio k5 pro mini with Truthear Zero Red

It's hopeless then. Send the Fosi back if you can.
I bought this dac both to amplify the sound of the headphones and to solve the fact that the truthear cable is too short to use on the PC. Do you have any dac/amp that you can recommend that costs around 50 dollars?

Exactly- and as I mentioned earlier @Melbylaw , the Truthear are not sensitive in the realm of IEM- though likely more sensitive than many OE headphones.

For the TE just use the white dongle that came with your phone- plenty good enough!

An extension cable would likely do you better. But I'd seriously look at a good 2v dongle for your use case. There are many but a recent example from here https://audiosciencereview.com/forum/index.php?threads/hiby-fc3-portable-dac-hp-amp-review.55429/

Just today, someone ordered a Topping DX1 on AliExpress for around $50 (with coupons though):

Otherwise, consider my solution of Apple adapter + extension cable.

What does this hiby fc3 do? I found it on Aliexpress and the price is good, would it be good to use with my Threar Zero Red? Would the sound quality and volume increase?
I assume you mean compared to your PC headphone out? Almost certainly. But as @staticV3 says , the apple dongle will probably do that too. Get the USB C one for your PC and I guess you got a Lightning one with your iphone?

I don’t have the apple dongle, only the charger

Looks it but I am sure fake ones abound on Amazon if 3rd party sellers. You have an official Apple website in Brazil

Looks like this is it- same price

This amazon print is from official apple page on Amazon, so this dongle make my IEM sound better??

I'm thinking about buying the hiby fc3 II, mainly because of its practicality so I can use it on my PC and my iPhone. Do you think it's a good idea? Do I run the risk of hearing hiss when using this device on my Truthear Zero Red?

I found on Aliexpress, it seems to be the official store of hiby
Huh, pretty strange.

From what I can tell that one product pic is the only place that "II" ever appears.

On HiBy's website, they call it the "FC3 with display":

Anyway, below are Amir's measurements of this dongle:

Noise is low, but the Apple adapter is even lower.

I saw about moondrop dawn pro too, serms to be good. I don’t know which one to buy
