Noise Nuke for SMPS

I found this thread and it looks like this noise nuke device cleans up power from "dirty" switching mode power supplies. Is there any advantage to doing so? I.e., does the device using the SMPS' "dirty power" have the wherewithal to clean up the power. Or is building and using a noise nuke worth the time an effort?

It depends. With competently designed gear it is not really required. It may help with poor external power supplies or poorly implemented internal regulators in powered devices. But usually rather than spending money on fancy power supply it is better idea to just buy better DAC or amp.
