Interesting find. From the graphs and images, it seems it looks like HE400SE and sounds like LCD-2 Classic.

I believe the measurement rig used is a clone coupler so don't think comparing to Harman target would tell us a lot. But, comparing it to HD6XX measured on the same rig, it is seem that it will need EQ in the ear gain area to sound good, and is not tonally well balanced out of the box.

Even though it's not GRAS rig it still measures close. Dan Clark once said VSG's DCA Corina measurement is very close to their measurements. I think his measurements are reliable, at least much better than subjective impressionns. It's not realistic to expect everyone who wants to measure headphones to buy $10k+ to buy a measurement rig.

Nobody complained about it in all reviews I read, can be a matter a of rig ressonance. And if it is a problem, it will be extremely easy to eq down.
