Brackets on amazon seems very cheap,basic and might not sound that good

Something like a Topping D10 (s) seems to expensive for what i i need (didn't find any used)

I found a Creative Sound Blaster PLAY! 4, 24 bit 192khz, inexpensive,in stock but one thing it don't have is optical out

Asr say optical on a wiim amp pro is better than the analog in so that is for my pc,analog is for my turntable,cdplayer and tape deck
