My main system is in the bindery part of the studio and must share space with many tools of the trade so controls are to the left of my desk (where I read ASR) and connected to the amps via a 50 foot 8ch XLR stage snake. Flying the speakers isn't ideal, but necessary and I'm going for wide dispersion anyway so it works quite well.

My old good friend AlTor actively joined the supporters of the new version of the Cy-XXI RIAA Phono Preamp and offered his version, as always with original improvements. There are two, even three circuit improvements:

1) The DC servo for both channels is implemented on a paired version of the OPA2192 op amp, and the second differential stage is also on paired BC846BDW1T1G in a SOT-363 microcase, which saved space and made it possible to place both channels on one miniPCB

2) In order to prevent clicks when turning on the power, a relay with a turn-on delay circuit and instantaneous turn-off when turning off is screwed to the output

3) A bipolar power supply stabilizer on TPS7A39 is also located on this miniPCB

AlTor also tested our device thoroughly and was convinced that it really provides a SNR of -85 dB, and a THD of only 0.0022%, and what is especially valuable - literally "tube" softness of THD only with 2nd and 3rd harmonics, without any noticeable contribution from higher order ones

The circuit diagrams, BOM, gerbers, photos of the assembled phono preamp and screenshots of measurements are here https://www.patreon.com/posts/podarok-moim-ot-127354520

Just added the 6n26P to my Vali3. This the best tube I have tried so far for sound stage, isolation, and clarity accros the frequencies:

A very good-looking space! And your LPs look about as 'foxed' as mine...
However, can you tell me what is the vertical item that seems to block the half-glazed doorway? At first glance I thought it was either a wood-burner chimney pipe, or perhaps an avant-garde spiral staircase, but, perhaps, a cat gym?

Cat tower, I removed it once and one of the 2 little fellows hounded me for days. They’re sleeping there now, they love it. They’re indoor cats so we try to give them variety, they have a cat door behind this “tree” in our bedroom and can access the top deck at any time. It’s 3 stories up on a steeply sloped hill but they love the rail.

The coffee table is an interesting idea, diffusion instead of unwanted reflexion, is this DIY or a commercial product?

My mother had a couple of those custom made back in the 70’s. She had a furniture repair guy like some folks I’m sure had an audio repair guy, shoe repair guy, or a tailor and he put the wood to them. They were grates from the sidewalks from the town she grew up in someone was throwing away.
